He is the former CEO of Accolade Wines and Global COO of Treasury Wine Estates, and previously spent over two decades with The Coca-Cola Company in leadership roles across Asia, Europe, and the United States.
He is the author of Private Equity Mastery: The Ultimate Playbook for Investors, Executives, and Entrepreneurs, and teaches private equity at the University of Houston’s Bauer College of Business. Robert served as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Accolade Wines from May 2020 until August 2024. Prior to his CEO role, he joined Accolade as Global Chief Operating Officer in March 2020.
During his tenure, Accolade—one of the world’s largest wine companies—strengthened its position with customers in Australia and the UK, while accelerating growth in Asia and the US. Under his leadership, Accolade was ranked the #1 wine partner by customers in both Australia and the UK in the annual Advantage survey.
